New Patient

New patients are confirmed 24-48 hours prior to their appointment. The office requires 24 hour notice before your appointment, if you are cancelling. This allows us to fill the two hour slot. In the event the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior, there will be a 50% new patient fee charge. If another new patient time is scheduled, this 50% fee will be applied to the new appointment.

Regular Patient Visits

Please be considerate in giving us as much notice as possible, if you are cancelling a regular office visit. This allows other patients to access your appointment slot.
